Outdoor living projects across St. Johns & Duval counties

Helm Outdoor Solutions designs and builds paver patios, driveways, pool decks, artificial turf, putting greens, integrated landscapes, outdoor kitchens and complete backyard spaces across St. Johns County and the southern half of Duval County. St. Augustine and St. Johns County are where most of the work is, and the Jacksonville side of the service area now runs from the Southbank down through the older riverside neighborhoods to the county line. Projects farther into Northeast Florida are considered based on scope, access and scheduling.

WHERE WE WORK

Where Helm Works, County by County

Helm does not use a single mileage radius to decide whether a project is a fit. The property location matters, but so do the project scope, construction access, material delivery and schedule.

If your neighborhood is not listed above, send the address and project scope for review.

WHY LOCATION MATTERS

The Property Location Changes the Construction Plan

Northeast Florida does not have one uniform soil, drainage or access condition. Helm evaluates the property before turning a design idea into a construction scope.

Coastal Exposure

Properties closer to the coast may have sandy ground, salt exposure and stronger wind conditions. Those factors can influence the material, base, planting and structural recommendations.

Drainage & Elevation

Some lots drain quickly while others retain water. The existing grade and runoff path need to be understood before pavers, turf, planting or permanent features are installed.

Established neighborhoods

Fences, mature trees, narrow side yards, existing pools and older hardscape can affect demolition, equipment access, deliveries and the order in which the work is completed.

Newer communities

The patio, turf, planting and future outdoor features work better when they begin with one coordinated layout.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear plan before construction begins

Every project moves through the same four stages, so you know what is being designed, what is included and what happens next.

Construction

Our crew handles the core installation, with Griffin involved while the work is underway.
